~ Our Story ~
My name is Tonya Price, a Georgia native with a background in marketing, volunteerism, and community outreach. Connecting with and serving others has always been my passion. For the past twenty years, I dreamed of owning and operating a bed and breakfast. All Things Auburn is my dream come true. We offer a unique twist on short-term rentals by providing spacious and private condominiums as well as studio suites. We only offer direct booking, which allows us to truly connect with our guests and gather the necessary information to cover all the details. For us, it’s all about the details. We take great pride in creating personalized experiences for all of our guests while forging relationships and providing the hospitality of a bed and breakfast.
Years ago, someone asked me,
"With your husband always traveling and your children grown, how do you spend your time?" I replied, "I spread joy."

That is what makes my heart happy. Entertaining and hosting come naturally to me, influenced by my mother’s example. Southern hospitality is a way of life. Whether it’s recommending the best local eateries, organizing game day festivities, guiding first-time visitors, reassuring nervous parents, encouraging incoming students, or supporting Auburn’s various athletic programs and organizations, sharing the Auburn experience brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
Together with my husband Jep, a Georgia native, Auburn legacy, and second-generation Chemical Engineering alumnus, we embarked on our All Things Auburn journey. Over the years, we have had the privilege of hosting hundreds of guests and building life-long connections. Auburn has become a second home for our family, with our adult children also graduating from Auburn and now pursuing their studies in graduate school. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to helping others navigate the intricacies of visiting Auburn, from providing the perfect place to stay, discovering exciting activities, or simply knowing the best spots around town.
Passion for Hosting
"I have always been that mom - the mom who wanted to have a house full of children. Jep and I have always enjoyed having our children’s friends over for after-school snacks, pre-dance, after prom, pool parties, sleepovers on the weekend, etc. He and I both enjoyed being in the kitchen preparing meals and spending time with our young guests. Fellowship, hosting, and entertaining is our way of life."
Auburn is more than just a location to me—it’s a feeling, a sense of belonging and community. This deep love for "the loveliest village on the plains" inspired me to establish All Things Auburn, a platform aimed at extending the warmth and hospitality of Auburn to all who seek it.

We are deeply immersed in the spirit of Auburn, cherishing our community and everything it has to offer. As season ticket holders for various events, we love the wide range of activities to choose from. We proudly support the Auburn athletics program, which provides accommodations for athletes' families as well as fans. The Gogue is a fantastic venue for concerts and plays, and we enjoy supporting our local economy by shopping and dining locally.
In all that I do, I have found my passion in spreading joy and sharing the Auburn experience with others.
