Does All Things Auburn own all condominiums?

​  We’re home creators, not homeowners. We put an emphasis on developing relationships with the owners and negotiating rates on behalf of interested clients and assisting in the direct sale from owner to renter. We’re here to make short-term renting less stressful for both owner and tenant. We partner with landlords who own the condominiums, advise them on necessary upgrades, then design and furnish the space. And our team is available to help with any issues that may arise during your search and stay.

What kind of rooms do you have?

Nice ones! But, to be more specific we have rooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests all less than a mile from Jordan-Hare Stadium!

What are your renter Rules & Regulations?

We currently service only Auburn's Gameday Center. That being said, the Gameday  Center does have a set of communal rules that must be observed by guests:  No smoking  No pets  Quiet hours beginning at 11:00 PM and concluding at 8:00 AM  Due to each unit at the Gameday Center being privately owned, there can be additional restrictions but these will be disclosed prior to commitment.

Question 4

Is there any cancelation or termination fee?

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may no longer be able to make your visit to Auburn or need to leave before the expiration date of your agreement. We service these requests on a case basis but will detail any applicable cancelation or early termination fees in your short-term rental agreement for your viewing prior to signing.

Question 5

Will you have anyone assisting me with move-in or move-out?

Accepted Answer

Typical stays are coordinated through the property's Property Manager, who coordinates the issuance of keys and other prior requests. That being said, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer superior hospitality. If a reasonable request is made we can often find a solution!

We maintain a NO REFUND policy for Graduation, Move-ins, and Football Weekend rentals. However, cancellations are negotiable for other periods of seasonal stay.
